- Place $1 in a jar every time you complete a workout. When you reach a goal (i.e. 100 workouts = $100) treat yourself! You've earned it! I just started this trend, so I'm only at $1, as you can see.
- From Diet Girl – if you are setting a goal of running a certain number of miles in a week, make a sticky note "tally" and take one down for every mile. Reach that goal!
- For proper hydration - buy 2 basic, 1 liter water bottles and mark them for 9 a.m., 10 a.m., 11 a.m., noon, 2 p.m., 3 p.m., 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.. Make sure you get you required H20 prior to a big run or race.
