An Everyday Smoothie

 
 
Today I chose to get back on my trend of a daily morning smoothie. Filled with protein, fruits, flax and a few greens, it really keeps my full for several hours. (On a side note, I have to say that the Bella blender is a great little smoothie maker!)
 
The Everyday Smoothie
 
Ingredients:
 
1/2 cup frozen strawberries (I bought these in bulk this week at Public - three for $5 - and cut them up and froze them - a lot cheaper than the store bought frozen berries)
1/3 cup frozen blueberries 
1 whole banana, cut up
1 scoop of low calorie vanilla protein
1 leaf of kale
1 scoop of ground flax seed
A splash of almond milk
1/2 cup of coconut milk yogurt or greek yogurt
